Entertainment and dinner will be on the main stage. Dinner will be brought to us by Town & County Cafe in Tracy. Menu include Coq Au Vin, chicken thighs roasted with carrots, mushrooms, onions and garlic served with cognac wine sauce, served with creamy mashed potatoes. Vegetable Ratatouille. Spinach and romaine lettuce, chives, fresh tarragon, cubed brie, tossed with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. French baguettes and butter. And for dessert, a chocolate torte.
