We are going whole hog! Slow Food Sonoma County North is excited to have Chef Louis Maldonado of Healdsburg’s Spoonbar! and Pizzando, and a recent finalist on Bravo TV’s Top Chef preparing a menu of products from the Slow Food Ark of Taste, featuring the Ossabaw Island Hog.
