Join julie for a special visit to an organic olive estate in Napa, with views to the San Francisco Bay. We will spend the afternoon with owners Jim and Patricia, walking among the olive trees in the gentle rolling hills of the Carneros region on their beautiful estate. They will provide an introduction to olive oil and unveil some of its mysteries as we taste their award-winning, hand crafted olive oil.

After the tasting, we will enjoy an apertivo at their beautiful home, and take in the sweeping views of San Pablo Bay and the rolling hill of Los Carneros region, whil Jime prepares dinner for us. The three-course dinner that follows will be paired with Napa wines.
