Wine lovers and foodies looking for holiday entertaining tips and recipes are in for a treat at Hestan Vineyards’ new downtown Yountville Tasting salon. Acclaimed author and Chef Sally James will be on hand Saturdays, Nov. 30th and Dec 14th and 21st to offer instruction, tips ideas and recipes for easy holiday entertaining.

Chef James will be conducting her cooking demonstrations using the exquisite Italian cookware collections available at the winery’s new tasting room. The recipes will be paired with Hestan’s portfolio of estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Bordeaux-style wines.
