This 5-day course offers tools and skills to take your cooking to the next level. Each day we’ll work with recipes that incorporate a variety of cooking methods such as sautéing, roasting, grilling, broiling and poaching while honing knife skills, learning to choose the right knife for the task and how to select and care for your knives.
Includes hands-on instruction, detailed reference manual with recipes, meals prepared by class served with wine/beverage and food/wine related excursion. Limited to 6 students so you are sure to have personalized instruction. Lodging is additional and available at CasaLana.
