Experience Sterling

The winery was designed with the visitor in mind, incorporating galleries and overlooks that allow guests to view the whole winemaking process. The stunning Greek architecture was inspired by the Mediterranean island of Mykonos, a favorite vacation destination for our founder, Peter Newton. Sterling Vineyards offers one of the widest selections of wines in Napa Valley, bottling over 20 different varietals each year. Wine tastings and food pairing options are available throughout the tour. To fully experience these rare and unique wines, we suggest the Silver Experience, which lets you indulge in a seated tasting of our exclusive winery-only selections after your tour. Your personal wine educator will guide you through your tasting as you enjoy small production wines found only through the winery. The Silver Experience also grants you exclusive access to our rare collection of artwork by Picasso, Renoir, Ansel Adams, and more!

Sterling Silver Experience
The ultimate Sterling Vineyards visit. Enjoy the aerial gondola, self-guided tour of the winery and scenic views from our terraces followed by a seated wine tasting experience featuring an exclusive selection of limited release wines in one of our inviting Tasting Rooms. The Silver Experience includes special access to the upper level of the winery where you can view exhibits from the Sterling Art Collection including original pieces by Picasso, Chagall, Renior, Frasconi, and the rare Ansel Adams photographic essay “The Story of a Winery”.

General Admission
Visitor fee includes the aerial tram, self-guided tour of the lower portion of the winery, scenic views from our terraces, and a tasting of current release wines.

Enjoy our culinary creations on our gorgeous South View Terrace! Savor a glass of delicious Sterling wines perfectly paired with one of our delightful cheese and charcuterie platters for two.
