This hands-on 3-day Culinary Vacation teaches foundational skills including various cooking techniques, knife skills, stocks and more. The classes are tailored to each participant’s level and the small class size (max 8) ensure you receive personalized instruction. Fee includes hands-on instruction, logo apron, detailed reference manual with recipes, meals prepared by class served with wine/beverage. Lodging is additional and is available at CasaLana B&B also.
