This hands-on 3-day Culinary Vacation teaches foundational skills including various cooking techniques, knife skills, stocks and more. The menu and teaching emphasis will be on Lifestyle Wellness. Learn about foods and techniques that are satisfying, nutritious and health-based and discover secrets to flavor-filled, low-fat recipes to incorporate healthy choices into daily life. The classes are tailored to each participant’s level. The small class size (max 8) ensures that you receive personalized instruction.
