Make your weekend get away to the Wine Country a Gourmet Retreat. In this 2-day hands-on cooking class we create a special Valentine day menu to celebrate with your favorite someone. Our seasonal menu will include recipes like Roasted Portobello with Brie and Arugula; Mixed Greens with Roquefort, Spicy Nuts and Sherry Vinaigrette; Pan seared Chicken with Marsala Reduction; Creamy Risotto with Asiago; Warm Chocolate Souffle and other interesting dishes.
Includes recipe handouts, meals prepared and wine/beverage served with the meal. Max 8 students so you are sure to have personalized instruction.
