This class will give you some great new recipes for flavorful and heart-healthy soups to warm you in the winter months. A rich soup usually starts with a really good, flavorful stock or broth. In this session we focus on the basic techniques of making stocks. Then we will use the stock to prepare soul-warming soups. Join us and add some great new flavors to your winter meals.
