The Taste of Santa Rosa is back this year with delicious food and beverages, including beer and wine for the grown-ups and free hot chocolate and cookies for the kiddos. New this year, some of Santa Rosa’s finest food trucks will have offerings as varied as sushi, tri-tip and vegetarian dishes.
Ornament painting, a bouncy jump house, an ugly sweater contest, live performances by The Zins, 6th Street Playhouse, the Sebastopol Ballet and strolling carolers.
The festivities are particularly special to those who participate in the Remembrance Candle Lighting and Tree Lighting portion of the night. After all the candles are lit, the countdown begins to illuminate the grand tree with thousands of color-changing LED lights.
