Oxbow Cheese & Wine Merchant will host Count Sebastiano Capponi of Villa Calcinaia in Tuscany. Sebastiano will pour three wines from the centuries-old family estate in Greve, including a 2009 Chianti Classico, 2008 Chianti Classico Riserva and the show-stopping 2005 Vin Santo. Sebastiano is erudite and charming, and his wines are delicious.

The cost of the flight will be $5, and retail purchases of the wines that evening will be discounted 15 percent.
