We ring in 2014 with a tasting of six sparkling wines from around the world at Back Room Wines. Champagne, Cava, Cremant de Limoux, Prosecco, etc…the world is full of delicious “bubbles,” and we’ll take you on a tour by sparkling wine glass this evening.

A sparkling wine tasting at Back Room Wines isn’t complete until you bring in the perfect snack to accompany: potato chips. Yes, Ruffles (or Lay’s…depends what’s on sale with the Safeway Club Card) will be flowing as freely as the sparkling wines.

Sparkling wine line-up will be posted about a week before the event.
