Bay Laurel Culinary has created a menu with our Farm Manager Jim Barausky using organic produce and proteins grown and raised on the Quivira Estate. This four-course dinner will be paired with specially selected Quivira wines, providing an in-depth look at our farming practices and winemaking while enjoying one-of-a-kind culinary creations.
