Executive Chef Tom Snyder, presents a four course prix fixe menu sure to indulge your taste buds. Guests will delight in dishes such as American caviar, Tuna Tartare, traditional Paella or Rip Chop with roasted potatoes, and decadent desserts. A limited a la carte menu of signature tapas and favorites will also be available.
